§ 00 · TrueNorth ADI, LLC
TrueNorth ADI: Automation, Design & Integration

We design, build, and automate the operational backbone of a business.

Software, finance, strategy, brand, and operations, engineered as one connected system, not a pile of disconnected tools. Operator-led, full-suite, and accountable for the result.

§ 01 / The firm

One firm,
several disciplines,
running in parallel.

TrueNorth ADI is not a single-service agency. We design the brand, write the software, run the analysis, keep the books, and automate the busywork, all under one roof, accountable to one standard. The point is leverage: founders who operate above the noise, with the operational machinery handled beneath them.

§ 02 / Services

Built to run several disciplines at once.

One operator-led team, six working desks. We build the software, keep the books, sharpen the strategy, close and serve the customer, run the program, and put a brand on all of it: the full ADI suite under one roof.

§ 03 / Fire & SecurityNew division

Three layers. No quiet way in.

TrueNorth ADI Fire & Security is a boutique division. We do not sell boxes off a shelf or hand you a catalog. Every system is designed for one property, installed by the people who designed it, and engineered to keep working when the power dies, the internet is cut, and the person outside believes they have already won.

A protected residence at night, perimeter monitored

The house that gets skipped is never the one with a sticker. It’s the one that watched them arrive.

Property perimeter under AI video analytics at night Layer 01

The Perimeter

Detection before contact

Protection starts at the property line, not the front door. AI video analytics watch the approach (driveway, treeline, side yard, the blind corner someone thinks nobody covers) and classify what moves. A person crossing your boundary at 2 a.m. is not a raccoon, and the system knows the difference. Most attempts end right here, because the first thing an intruder meets is light, a voice, and the certainty that they are already recorded.

Reinforced entry point of a protected home Layer 02

The Envelope

The shell that reports

Every opening is instrumented and cross-checked: doors, windows, glass, garage. Force the frame, break the glass, lift the door, and each is a separate trigger on a separate reporting path, every one of them watched by the layer outside it. There is no single sensor carrying the system, which means there is no single sensor to defeat. Beat one and you have announced yourself to the other two.

Interior detection inside a protected residence at night Layer 03

The Interior

The loudest room of their life

If someone reaches the inside, they have walked into a verified alarm and a response that does not wait for permission to escalate. Interior detection, live AI video confirmation, and sirens specified to carry, not the courtesy chirp that came in the box. Every neighbor within a hundred yards will know precisely what is happening, the whole block will be looking at your house, and so will we, because we are already watching it live.

Resilience

Everything they try is already accounted for.

A security system is only worth what it does on its worst night. Ours is engineered around the assumption that someone will try to take it apart first.

Power cut

Killing the lights changes nothing

Sealed battery backup carries the entire system through an outage, with generator-ready failover for the long ones. Cameras keep recording, sensors keep reporting, and the monitoring path stays open. Cutting your power is not the start of your problem; it is the start of theirs.

Internet cut

Cut the line: it switches

The hardwired connection is the first thing an experienced intruder goes for, and the last thing we rely on. Cellular and secondary internet paths take over automatically, in seconds, without anyone touching a thing. There is no single wire on your property that can be cut to put this system offline.

Defeat devices

Jammers are an expected attack

Signal jammers, spoofers, and defeat tools are built to beat consumer kit. Supervised, encrypted, tamper-monitored signaling means an attempt to jam, mask, or disable any part of the system is itself an alarm condition. The attack does not silence the response. The attack is the trigger.

AI automation

The system reasons before it reacts

AI video verification separates a real intrusion from a branch, a cat, or a delivery, so the response is immediate when it is real and silent when it is not. False alarms are the single biggest enemy of fast response, so we engineer them out. When this system calls, everyone treats it as real.

Offsite backup

The footage already left the building

Recordings are written locally and mirrored offsite the instant they are made. Finding the recorder and destroying it accomplishes nothing; the evidence was gone before they got to the room, and it is sitting somewhere they cannot reach, timestamped and intact.

Fire & life safety

The threats that aren’t people

Fire, smoke, CO, and environmental monitoring ride the same protected backbone, with the same battery backup, the same failover, and the same 24/7 monitoring. The system that guards the property against people also guards it against physics.

Notice to anyone considering it

By the time you reach the door, you are already on record.

This is not a sticker on a window. Every approach is watched and classified before contact. Every opening is cross-checked by the layer outside it. Every event is verified on live video and mirrored offsite within seconds of happening. The power is battery backed up, the internet has cellular failover, and the signaling is supervised and encrypted end to end, so tampering reports itself. There is no box to smash that ends the alarm, no wire to cut that stops the call, and no quiet way back out. Pick a different house.

TrueNorth ADI Fire & Security yard sign: three-layer protection, AI video verified, monitored 24/7, cellular failover, battery backed up

Deterrence

Most break-ins end at the sign.

The cheapest layer of security is the one that makes a professional choose a different address. Ours states the quiet part plainly: monitored, recorded, AI-verified, and backed up. Every installation includes yard signage and window decals, because the protection that works before contact is the only kind that costs nothing to deploy.

We do not publish our equipment list, and that is deliberate. What we will tell you: everything specified is current-generation, professional-grade, and chosen for the property it protects, never for the margin on a box. How a specific property is defended stays between us and its owner. That secrecy is part of the protection.

§ 04 / Lookbook

Selected work.

A working index of what we build and run: automation, design, and integration delivered as shipped systems. The flagship is a product you can own, the current project is in the shop right now, and the rest are the engagements that pay the rent.

A voice waveform resolving into ordered lines of light

Jarvis Dictate

A system-wide voice layer that meets the AIOS orchestrator. Hold one key, speak, and clean, formatted text lands in whatever application has focus. Hold the same key differently and the words stop being text and start being work: the utterance routes to the orchestrator, which can act through its connectors under explicit permissions.

That is the part nobody else ships. Every other dictation tool ends at the transcript. Ours begins there, because there is a real agent underneath it. Cleanup runs at a level you choose, a personal dictionary learns your names and jargon, and self-corrections resolve the way you meant them, so “at two, actually three” simply becomes “at three.”

Analytical traces rendered as emerald peaks of light

No. 02 · Current projectIn active development

A laboratory information management platform built for a regulated analytical lab. Samples come in, instrument data is ingested, and the platform runs the calculations that decide a result: cannabinoid totals, dry weight conversion, detection and quantitation limits, and pass or fail against state limits.

What comes out the other side is the document the whole industry runs on, a compliant Certificate of Analysis, generated rather than assembled by hand. Built to ISO/IEC 17025 practice for an OMMA regulated laboratory, with state seed to sale reporting wired in and public QR verification so anyone holding the product can check the result themselves.

§ 05 / Approach

A method, not a pitch. Five moves, run in order, every engagement.

We are operators first. Before a line of code or a single relay, we sit in the work, map where it breaks, and design the smallest system that holds. Then we build it, automate it, and stay on to run it.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We walk the floor and trace the real process: the manual steps, the handoffs, the silent failures. No assumptions; we measure where time and trust leak out.

  2. 02

    Design

We draw the system end to end before building it (the data, the controls, the failure modes), so what gets built is deliberate, documented, and yours to audit.

  3. 03

    Build

We assemble it (hardware, software, and integrations) in tight, verifiable increments. Each piece is tested against the design before it earns a place in production.

  4. 04

    Automate

We hand the repetitive work to the machine (the syncs, the checks, the alerts), so the system runs itself by default and only asks for you by exception.

  5. 05

    Operate

We stay on. Monitoring, updates, and support are part of the deal. The system keeps proving itself in the field, with someone accountable when it matters.

§ 06 / The model

One firm. Built across disciplines, in parallel, under one roof.

TrueNorth ADI is operator-led. The people who scope your work are the people who build it. No account layer, no reselling someone else’s single service back to you at a markup.

We’re a full-suite firm. Hardware, software, and the systems that connect them move together rather than waiting in a queue. The through-line is the name: Automation, Design & Integration, the discipline of making capable things that hold up in the real world.

Everything we ship is designed and supported in the USA, from Oklahoma City. You talk to the team that made it.

§ 07 / Start a project

Tell us what you’re building.

Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a sales deck. Tell us the system you’re trying to build, the constraints you’re working inside, and where it hurts today. We’ll tell you, honestly, whether we’re the right firm to build it with you.
